Adoption Process
At our rescue, we believe every animal deserves a loving home, and we strive to ensure that each adoption is the best fit for both the pet and the family. Our adoption process involves a few key steps to ensure a smooth transition for everyone involved. Our rescue animals are vetted, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, flea treated, and spayed/neutered. Everything is covered by the adoption fee. Fees do not change based on an animals vet bills.

Adoption Fees:
Cats: $160
Dogs: $200

Step 1: Application
The first step in adopting a pet is completing our adoption application. This helps us understand your household dynamics, lifestyle, and expectations for your new companion.
Step 2: Meet and Greet
Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll be invited for a meet and greet session. This involves bringing the entire family—including any current pets—to meet your potential new furry friend. This is a crucial part of the process to ensure that all family members and existing pets get along well with the new addition.

Step 3: Home Check
Before finalizing the adoption, a member of our team will perform a home check. This is to ensure that your environment is safe and suitable for the pet. We may offer suggestions to make the home more pet-friendly, but it’s primarily a safety check.

Step 4: Adoption Fee & Taking Your Pet Home
Once the application is approved, the meet and greet goes well, and the home check is complete, you can then pay the adoption fee and take your new pet home.
